Hello I just received my John Deere EDL V3 and am having trouble with it connecting to machines using my service advisor 5.3 I have done troubleshooting the unit powers up the PC sees Jungo drivers, but data link /arrow LED never flashes on multiple machines. No CAN/J1939 communication. Cable or EDL defective? Could you advise me the next steps to take ?
Root Cause: Incorrect USB Driver Selected
We checked the video which you offered to us , problem is that you selected the wrong driver to EDL v3- USB , the correct driver is EDL v1 or v2 – USB , you can check from the picture as below:
