John Deere Service ADVISOR 5.3.225 AG Agricultural + 5.3.225 CF Construction & Forestry Diagnostic Software Offline access has expired
We have customer ask about below question:
I have installed the John Deere Service ADVISOR SSD on my laptop.Password provided is unable to sign in as well as offline capabilities are not available before sign in
This is the issue we are running into and don’t have the option to open the offline mode we are only able to sign in to online with previous work account.

“Service ADVISOR™ Offline access has expired.”

the offline software cannot log in to the online account. Once you log in to the online account, the online account will be fixed and the offline software will be unusable.Pls note Do not log in to your John Deere online account on the computer that has the John Deere hard drive installed purchased from our website. If you want to use your online account, please log in on another computer.
