I received my product today, Piwis 3 Tester with lenovo t450 laptop.
The laptop will not turn on. I allowed it to charge hours and still nothing.
I need help with this or a replacement or refund of this is not going to work. Thank you.

Please take out battery and charge directly with power supply and see if the laptop can on.
Also please refer to the attached image. You need to use a pin to press the reset button inside, and then turn on the laptop.
