Hello, I have problem with Mercedes star SW whitch I bought. Everything was OK, but few days ago stoped work WIS software. Look like Wis was uninstaled.The WIS option has disappeared in the left panel, see attachment.
Change the PC date and time: This is a common fix for MB Star software issues. Ensure your computer’s date and time is correct.
engineer say need change computer time to 2025.01.01
then restart computer wis should can work. pls try it thanks.
