FIXED: Autel MaxiSys Elite II unable to send reports after software update

Problem:

Autel MaxiSys Elite II users have been experiencing issues sending reports to customers via email or SMS for the last two years. This issue started shortly after the last annual software update.

What’s wrong? Please advise.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Go to MaxiSys.
Go to Settings.
Select Report Settings.
Search for “Upload Reports to Cloud”.
Enable “Manual Upload”.

This should resolve the issue.
